Daya Dharm Charitable Trust along with its services, the Platform, features, and applications, is subject to the following terms. Daya Dharm Charitable Trust chooses to hold all the rights to change or modify a few parts or whole of these terms at any point of time. You accessing the platform or using our services would be considered as your consent to our terms of services.

Access and Use The Services are offered as a platform to enable an individual to raise a fundraising campaign to the platform to be able to accept monetary donations from donors. The setting campaign is free of cost; however, it is subject to the industry-standard transaction fees which will be applicable to the services rendered to the campaign organizers.

All service information and content provided by Daya Dharm Charitable Trust are for information purposes only, and Daya Dharm Charitable Trust does not assure about the accuracy or reliability of any such content. Do not consider any platform content as any professional advice.

Daya Dharm Charitable Trust cannot control the conduct or any information given by a campaign organizer or a charity or other user. The platform cannot be held responsible for liability in this regard to the as mentioned by applicable law. We do not assure campaign organizers or any other person of a certain amount of Donations. We are not responsible for either the success or the failure of any Campaign. Donors should note that they are donating funds at their own risk.

The platform does not and cannot verify the information given by campaign organizers; nor can we guarantee that the donated funds are getting used as per the purpose mentioned by a campaign organizer or as per the laws whichever are applicable. However, we do our best to avoid any fraudulent activity on our platform.
In case you have doubts or proofs that a campaign organizer or charity is not raising or using the funds for the mentioned purpose, you can report the campaign, and we promise to investigate.
Taxes: In case you are receiving donations by using this platform, it is your job to determine if any taxes are applicable to the donations. If yes, it is you who would do the needful.
Account, Password, and Security: You are advised not to share your password and account. What you are doing with your account is your responsibility. In case you find any suspicious activity with your account or password, your duty would be to bring it to our notice.

Public Content and Display of Donations : Content posted by you publicly on the website along with information mentioned in the user profile, (name, contact details, personal biography, etc.) might be displayed publicly on the platform to enable interaction among users/visitors of the dayadharmcharitabletrust.org. Donors have an option of keeping the details of donated funds private by checking the ‘private’ box during making the donations.

If you are providing information through public features of the platform services, then that information would be evaluated under the privacy settings of that service/ feature and may be made publicly available. We request you to think carefully before sharing any information which is precious and private to you.

Promotions: Sharing or promoting any contest, giveaway, or conducting similar activities without our prior permission (written) would be against the policy and subject to dispute. In case you need any such permission you may contact us on dayadharamcheritable@gmail.com.

Data Retention: You accept that Daya Dharm Charitable Trust is not obligatory to your permission to be able to maintain/keep the data relating to any account or campaign even after its completion. You accept that Daya Dharm Charitable Trust has rights to delete data/accounts/campaigns at any time with or without notifying you.

Prohibited Behavior: User Conduct: You alone will be responsible for all campaign-related information, media, software, comments, messages, etc. that you upload, publish, show, post, share or use. You acknowledge that you would fully cooperate with any platform/service related request we make.
You acknowledge not to use the services to raise funds or start/contribute to any campaign with which involves violation of any law, industry requirement or third-party guidelines or agreements which are obligatory for you to follow. You must not get involved in any election campaigns that are not conducted by a registered set up of that country.
Do not involve in any content or campaigns that are illegal, misleading, fraudulent, and incorrect.

Donations: A donor is required to give Daya Dharm Charitable Trust all the information related to the credit card or other payment ways which are connected to the Donor’s account on our platform. You will have to acknowledge that the information given by you is true and you are allowed by the payment tools to use them. Donation once made will not be refunded, unless Daya Dharm Charitable Trust agrees to issue a refund.

You accept that you would follow all the procedure suggested by Daya Dharm Charitable Trust in order to donate funds.

Recurring Donations: Donors are by default allowed to make recurring donations. Their Subscriptions are renewed automatically with a recurring payment feature. This would continue unless and until the donor decides to stop the auto-renewal of the donation subscription.

Account Holds: If the time comes, Daya Dharm Charitable Trust may put a hold on a campaign account for the following reasons (i) if we have reason to believe that information provided by a campaign organizer is not true, reliable, appropriate or the funds are being used in prohibited ways. (ii) if the funds are supposed to be provided directly to the beneficiary other than the campaign organizer.

(iii) if we believe that a campaign or campaign organizer has breached our terms or privacy.
(iv)if we believe that there may be doubtful or fraudulent donation process.

Rewards: Daya Dharm Charitable Trust does not guarantee Rewards.

Withdrawing Donations from a Campaign: While withdrawals are made available promptly, you accept that they may not be available to you immediately, within any specific time frame.
Intellectual Property Rights You accept that the services may have content or other features that are protected by copyright, patent, or every other proprietary rights and rules.

Third-Party Material: Under no circumstances can you hold Daya Dharm Charitable Trust responsible for any content or materials of any third parties.

Content Shared On The Platform: The content, media, trademarks, logos or other materials you upload or post, share using our platform, is all your responsibility.

You accept that any query, suggestions, comment, feedback, ideas, posts, or other information about the services provided by you to Daya Dharm Charitable Trust are entitled to the unrestricted use by us and we are also entitled to these submissions for any purpose, without your permission or giving any compensation to you.

PCI DSS: This is a set of industry standards which is applicable for any business that handles, or saves credit cards. The prime motto is to maintain control on the cardholder data in order to prevent credit card fraud.

Termination You accept that Daya Dharm Charitable Trust may suspend or delete your account or prevent you from accessing the services and remove any content or data at any time (with or without notifying you).

User Interaction You acknowledge that you are responsible for every interaction you do with any other user on this platform services and the platform will not take any responsibility in this.

These Terms of Service have the information of the entire agreement between Daya Dharm Charitable Trust and you. You may also be subject to additional terms that might be made applicable to you depending on the time.
